Michelle (Schneider) Thiel is a lifelong resident of New Holstein. In fact, she and Erica grew up in the same neighborhood and were childhood friends. Michelle graduated from New Holstein High School in 1988. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a double major in Psychology and Human Development.
Michelle married Russ Thiel in 1994. Russ serves New Holstein as a Secretary/Treasurer for the New Holstein Fire Department. They enjoy camping with their two sons, Zachary and Jacob, music, and gardening.
